Skills in Focus: Data & Digitalization; Interaction Skills
On 25th of March, the 1st workshop focusing on the importance of Upskilling in Finance was held in German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce. This workshop emphasized the importance of upskilling, especially in relation to the highly competitive talent market and the rapidly evolving business landscape.
We talked about skills set needed to keep finance organizations relevant in the future, shared best practices from PWC, Magyar Telekom, BBraun and Audi Hungary and agreed to focus on 4 skills in the follow up events: 1) data and digitalization, 2) interaction skills, 3) design thinking, 4) ESG.

Interaction Skills Workshop
Over the past five years, we've observed a clear shift in business needs, with finance organizations placing equal importance on business partnering and advisory skills alongside traditional finance expertise.
During interactive skills workshop we would like to raise your attention and give you some hints in connection with the following skills: stakeholder management, active listening, target orientation and situational communication.
Data & Digitalization Workshop
In the digital age we live in reliable and efficient processing of digital data is a high priority.
During the data and digitalization workshop we will cover areas such as data visualization and relational database skills, storytelling and presentation skills. We will also showcase best practice examples on advanced automation techniques in finance.
